  1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
  2. -------------------
  3. IMCPW (International Morse Code Processor for Windows) v3.13 is a
  4. Windows 3.1 & 95 compatible program which translates
  5. program-generated/user-defined text and text files to Morse code. 
  6. Includes a window for copying code with the keyboard. Program recognizes 
  7. all characters including "Barred" characters. Prosigns not implemented 
  8. can be defined by the user. Characters and prosigns can be selected as 
  9. groups or selected in any combination. Code speed is adjustable from 
  10. 3-50 wpm with a character speed of 10-50 wpm for Farnsworth code.
  11. Includes a comprehensive help facility, a main menu, four popup menus,
  12. and eleven code practice lessons. It is Fully customizable from the 
  13. Options menu. A Sound card is not required. Requires 964K of free hard 
  14. disk.

  16. INSTALLATION
  17. ------------
  18. IMCP has no special setup or configuration. Simply unzip the file 
  19. IMCPWxxx.ZIP, copy the files into a subdirectory of your choice, except 
  20. for the files HITIME1.VBX and BIVBX11.DLL, which should be copied into 
  21. the WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory, and set up a Program Group or simply 
  22. add the IMCP icon (earth.ico) to an existing Program Group.

  24. Once installed, to quickly see how the program works,
  25.  
  26.    o  Execute file IMCPW.EXE.
  27.    o  Click on title screen or wait 8 seconds.
  28.    o  From main menu, select File|New.
  29.    o  From main menu, select Translate|Text.
